A Project in Doing Something
I guess those guys were right. No one told me life was gonna be this way. As summer winds down, for the first time in my life I find myself without the reliable structure of classes to look forward to. It looks like the next few months will be more or less the same as the last: rotting on my couch, prostrating myself before the job market, my friends scattered to the winds post-graduation. But you know what, I can be in control of my own destiny. I can change my own routine. I can continue to do all that stuff, but also post about it. My name is Casey June. I'm an aspiring writer and storyteller, I like movies and tv shows a lot, and sometimes, I have thoughts on things that are too long or not witty enough for a tweet. I'm starting this blog as a creative outlet, a way to keep my writing skills sharp, and a platform to share my great opinions with the world.
